Make sure that all of your staff are prepped with information about every new event, campaign or product that is coming up. Communicate frequently and openly. All of your team should all be able to talk confidently about your business to your audience, and have a good understanding of what is coming up in the calendar so that they have time to prepare. Are you completely confident that all of your staff could answer the question “What does your company stand for, and what makes them different from competitors?” Can you answer this question?  If the answer is not a resounding yes, then you need to work on this.

You and your staff are your greatest asset, and key ambassadors for your work, so make sure that everybody has the tools and knowledge to communicate clearly what you are doing and what you stand for.
